Wow, what joy radiated from Singin’ in the Rain! What a beautiful gift you gave to the audience. A total of 1,805 people saw our show. I don’t often stand by the door as people exit the theater, but with only one exit, I found myself there often and truly I saw joy on people’s faces. I heard so many remarks about how much they loved our show, and I felt so proud of all of you. Talk about owning your moments to create something great!

Jayden, Betsy, and Etta just developed their film only to find out they forgot to add film in the camera…omg we have to do the show all over again. (insert sad camera clicking sound effect from Jeremy)
Jeff has quit smoking cigars, whew…I was worried, but Isaac has started up since Jeff gave him one at bows.
Charlotte keeps clapping but nothing appears and she’s sad to lose that power…Andrew can you do something about that?
I love the controlled chaos of the production scenes, I watched each one of you and you walked around with such purpose knowing your job. Although Lily H. keeps repeating everything people say to her, a habit she’s trying to break.
Larry actually made us laugh…and he’s about to be brilliant
Sabrina has quit her job and is now giving trolley rides.
We’ve been nominated for the category of costuming. Bethany Emerson’s thank you speech will be her team, her family, and Starbucks that fueled her all nighters.

Jesse, you truly owned that lone stage moment and emoted joy in projected rain, But to captivate an audience while dancing with an umbrella is a tall order and you had us in the palm of your hand…sidenote: I forgot to tell you all that a little girl in the audience put out her hand to see if it was really raining.
Props are supplying the food to the kickball game/journey picnic this year: mints, shaving cream pie, and alka seltzer ginger ale…yum yum yum. Just what I want in my kisser!
